Role Responsibilities

Infinity is thrilled to collaborate with a rapidly expanding provider of telecommunications and fiber-optic internet services. Our partner aims to extend their fiber network to over 1 million households annually, enhancing their customer base through superior technology and competitive pricing. We are looking for enthusiastic and driven sales professionals with backgrounds in telecommunications, internet services, and/or business-to-consumer sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a representative for a prominent regional telecom provider in an outbound sales capacity.
  • Promoting fiber-optic internet services to consumers across a wide geographical area.
  • Engaging with customers to identify their needs and present improved solutions.
  • Evaluating and contrasting current internet services with our client's offerings and promotions.
  • Demonstrating the ability to address customer objections and effectively communicate value.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Qualifications:

  • Open to all levels of experience, supported by our award-winning training program.
  • Preferred: 6 months of experience in a call center environment.
  • Required: 1 year of sales experience, with a preference for 3 or more years, particularly in B2C settings.
  • Ability to maintain a comprehensive understanding of client products and services.
  • Proficient in internet navigation and application usage.
  • Capable of quick thinking and adapting to overcome customer objections.
  • Passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences with energy and excellence.
  • Adept at analyzing and addressing client needs effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic team-oriented environment.
Physical Requirements:

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and utilizing a computer.

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
