Key Responsibilities:
• Initiate outbound communications and arrange meetings with prospective clients.
• Respond to inquiries from call recipients, delivering comprehensive information about offerings using a structured script.
• Thrive in a high-energy environment, managing multiple responsibilities effectively.
• Reach out to current dealership clients regarding service and maintenance notifications.
• Engage with customers to evaluate their requirements and identify optimal solutions.
• Undertake additional related tasks as required.
• A strong ambition to excel.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills and active listening abilities.
• Capability to establish rapport over the phone.
• Openness to receiving constructive feedback and guidance.
• Proficient computer skills, ranging from intermediate to advanced levels.

• Familiarity with, or the capacity to learn, products, services, or areas of customer service expertise.
· High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred.
· Prior experience in inside sales and customer support is advantageous.
· A pleasant demeanor on the phone is essential.
Physical Requirements:· Extended periods of sitting at a workstation and engaging with a computer.
· Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
Shifts:• Saturday shift is mandatory.
Compensation:• $14-14 Hourly Wage
