About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team at Professional Recruiting International LLC. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing customer relationships
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and lead generation
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals to customers and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience with a strong track record of success
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
