You will supervise project implementation, ensuring compliance with timelines, quality benchmarks, and regulatory standards. Your mission will be to ensure that project goals and objectives are met within the designated time frame and scope.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties and Deliverables

Formulate detailed project plans that outline scope, timelines, resource needs, and deliverables from inception to completion Collaborate with stakeholders to establish project objectives and success metrics Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide project updates, and ensure alignment with organizational objectives Develop and sustain project management tracking tools and documentation, including progress reports, meeting summaries, and relevant project artifacts for senior leadership Facilitate project kick-off meetings, planning sessions, and solution development discussions Assist teams in conducting feasibility studies, breakdown structures, scheduling, and resource allocation Monitor project budgets and generate tracking reports Identify potential risks and challenges associated with projects and devise mitigation strategies Proactively address obstacles to minimize project disruptions and ensure successful results. Track and escalate issues as necessary. Assess project outcomes and gather stakeholder feedback to pinpoint areas for enhancement Recommend improvements to existing programs based on project insights

Qualifications

Education / Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems Management, Project Management, or a related field - or- 6 years of project management experience, including 2 years of leading business partners and various stakeholders (required) At least two years of project management experience and experience leading business partners and various stakeholders (required) PMP or equivalent Project Management certification (preferred) Intermediate proficiency in Office productivity software (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), MS Project, and Teams, including document formatting, organization, collaboration, data management, and presentation development (required)
