Job Summary:
The Field Program Coordinator is a key member of the Turning Point Action team, responsible for assisting in the nation's largest and most innovative political field operations. This position works closely with the administrative staff at TPAction Headquarters to accomplish predetermined goals and increase reach with our grassroots volunteers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in Precinct Leader recruitment and lead processing
- Manage website content and ensure accuracy
- Conduct research to support field operations
- Assist with events and training programs
- Create reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Participate in special projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Impeccable organizational skills
- Proficiency in Google Apps
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and manage a wide range of responsibilities
- Passion for conservative ideas and principles
- Positive attitude
- Strong work ethic and goal-oriented
- Self-starter and self-motivated
- Entrepreneurial spirit & desire to try new things
Preferred Qualifications:
- Past administrative experience
- Previous involvement with TPAction
- A strong representative of the TPAction brand
- Knowledge of Airtable
