Role SummaryThe Bilingual Customer Support Specialist will be an integral part of the Covid hotline support team, assisting patients with inquiries related to testing and vaccination appointments. This role involves handling calls from a diverse clientele, including individuals from various regions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone and chat.
- Utilize critical thinking skills to resolve customer issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in the relevant systems.
- Adhere to established workflows and department protocols.
- Foster a positive customer experience by setting clear expectations.
- Collaborate with team members to meet performance standards.
- Handle sensitive matters with professionalism and escalate issues when necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in both English and Spanish.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in a customer service or contact center setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of medical terminology.
- Previous experience in a healthcare-related role.
