Position Overview

As a Customer Support Specialist at Wohn-Service-Team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. This position requires proficiency in both German and English, enabling you to assist a diverse customer base effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive technical support for client devices, including both hardware and software.
  • Assist customers with the installation of desktop and web-based applications, ensuring a smooth setup process.
  • Collaborate with clients and their IT departments to facilitate readiness and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources to enhance installation processes and customer support.
  • Log and investigate customer complaints and defects to improve service quality.
  • Adapt to flexible work schedules to accommodate communication with teams across different time zones.

Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, IT, or a related field is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in software and hardware support, customer experience, or technical documentation.
  • Basic understanding of computer networking concepts and protocols.
  • Familiarity with User Account Control (UAC), Group Policy, Endpoint Security, and Firewall.
  • Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft IIS, and SQL is advantageous.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both German and English.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and make informed decisions.
  • Comfortable with software and quick to learn new concepts.
  • Problem-solving skills and experience in transitioning systems are beneficial.
