Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Client Support Specialist II within our entertainment sector. As the initial point of contact for our clientele, you will be instrumental in guaranteeing customer satisfaction and enriching their overall experience. If you possess a positive demeanor, exceptional communication capabilities, and a knack for problem-solving, this role is well-suited for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support for bookings and gaming services
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of offerings to assist clients effectively
- Manage a significant volume of inquiries through various communication channels
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with customers
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to resolve client issues
- Record customer interactions and follow up on outstanding concerns
- Contribute to process enhancements for an improved customer experience
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer support within entertainment sector call centers
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bilingual abilities are advantageous
