As a Rehabilitation Program Supervisor at TMC, you will manage administrative responsibilities and facilitate patient care while contributing to the smooth daily functioning of the therapy division under the guidance of the Therapy Care Navigator. You will serve as a professional ambassador for TMC across the organization, fostering and nurturing positive relationships with all staff members. Our Rehabilitation Program Supervisors play a crucial role in the effective delivery of the TMC Experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with patient care and transportation under the direct oversight of licensed therapists, adhering to all applicable regulations.
  • Order and manage office supplies in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain departmental filing systems, ensuring all records are organized and accessible as per Facility Organizational Policy.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for physician signatures and monitor the timely receipt of these documents.
  • Conduct thorough reviews of returned documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance, notifying the Therapy Care Navigator as necessary.
  • Manage the copying, scanning, and filing of all documentation in both physical charts and electronic systems within designated timelines.
  • Review daily activity reports, treatment schedules, and other assigned documents for accuracy under the supervision of the Therapy Care Navigator.
  • Participate in meetings as directed, taking notes and effectively communicating relevant information back to the Therapy Care Navigator and therapy staff.
  • Complete regular equipment checks and notify the Therapy Care Navigator of any deficiencies.
  • Ensure cleanliness and organization of treatment and office areas.
  • Conduct weekly sanitation of all equipment as instructed.
  • Represent TMC in a professional manner at all times.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture and adhere to company core values.
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with all staff members.
  • Manage treatment and staff scheduling, securing additional coverage as needed.
  • Review and approve time sheets daily in accordance with company policies.
  • Assist with phone inquiries and message taking as required.
  • Monitor and distribute company communications to ensure all staff are informed.
  • Complete daily documentation and timesheets as required.
  • Fulfill additional tasks as assigned by the Therapy Care Navigator, Area Manager, or Regional Director.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Certification as a Nursing Aide or equivalent health training, with one year of experience in rehabilitation preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete company training and assessments.
  • Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to TMC's values and mission.
  • Strong organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
  • Aptitude for identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise.
  • Maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to lift and manage up to 50 pounds.
