Compensation and Benefits:
Our staff is our greatest asset, and we offer competitive compensation and benefits packages. The salary range for this role is between $73,999 and $89,418 annually for full-time positions, contingent upon qualifications such as licensure, board-approved supervisor status, and relevant experience. This salary is based on a standard 40-hour workweek, and any agreed-upon reduction in hours will be reflected in the salary accordingly. This position comes with benefits eligibility, including health and dental insurance, a health savings account with employer contributions, flexible spending accounts, and a retirement plan with matching contributions. We also provide generous paid time off, a holiday schedule, childcare discounts, and eligibility for loan forgiveness. Candidates who are proficient in English and Somali, Amharic, or Oromo will receive an additional 5% salary increase.
Work Schedule:
This position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
Program Overview:
This role is integral to our East African Responsive program, allowing for the provision of services to diverse populations at our Minneapolis Harman Center location. The East African Responsive Autism Day Treatment program caters to children aged 2-6 diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our approach integrates mental health practices and employs a multidisciplinary team of child therapists, including licensed mental health professionals, mental health practitioners, occupational therapists, and speech-language therapists.
Role Responsibilities:
The Program Supervisor will oversee clinical and administrative functions for Mental Health Professionals, Mental Health Practitioners, Paraprofessionals, and Interns under the guidance of the Program Director. This role is essential for ensuring high-quality services, improved client outcomes, and achieving targeted enrollment goals.
The Program Supervisor will also manage clinical and case management processes to ensure that documentation is thorough and that the program adheres to all relevant regulations and contractual obligations. Additionally, this position involves leading the ongoing development of the Autism Day Treatment Program, focusing on meeting the needs of clients and families, implementing evidence-based practices, and tracking outcomes.

Qualifications:
- A minimum of a master's degree in psychology, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or social work is required.
- LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, or LP licensure from the State of Minnesota is mandatory, along with eligibility for credentialing with insurance providers.
- At least two years of post-master's experience in delivering mental health services to children with autism spectrum disorder and their families is required, along with previous supervisory experience.
- Strong understanding of mental health diagnoses in children, familiarity with the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual (DSM), expertise in autism spectrum disorders, child development, family systems, and the cultural, spiritual, and economic factors affecting mental health perceptions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Board-approved supervisor status is preferred.
