Our Community Residential Services Program is dedicated to serving the Metro area population; as a social services organization, we focus on assisting individuals with diverse support needs, including mental health challenges, substance use issues, developmental and physical disabilities, and medical requirements.
The responsibilities of this position include organizing schedules to ensure service delivery in a single-family home, engaging in quality improvement initiatives, and maintaining compliance with DHS (245D) licensing regulations.
As the Residential Services Program Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in managing the operations of a single-family home within the Community Residential Services program department. You will be the primary supervisor overseeing daily activities in alignment with care plans and the needs of residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee program services such as medication management and meal preparation
- Participate in admissions and program development processes
- Ensure effective execution of all contracted services
- Provide training and oversight to Direct Support Professionals
- Assist residents with personal and medical care tasks
- Accurately document service delivery data
- Manage a flexible schedule that includes both direct care and administrative responsibilities, including rotating weekend shifts
Requirements:
- At least one year of experience in a 245D direct care setting
- A minimum of three years of direct care experience, preferably in a 245D environment
