YOUR CONTRIBUTION TO SUCCESS:

  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams, including sales, marketing, product, and finance, to gather and document comprehensive Salesforce requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Data Integrity Enhancement: Identify and rectify data quality issues within Salesforce, including data cleansing and validation, to improve the accuracy and dependability of business information.
  • Salesforce Development: Participate in the enhancement and refinement of Salesforce CRM functionalities, engaging in all phases of the implementation process to support effective utilization and integration.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a bridge between business units and the IT department, translating complex business requirements into actionable Salesforce solutions and facilitating effective dialogue across teams.
  • Agile Project Management: Employ Agile Scrum methodologies to oversee project workflows, ensuring timely delivery of Salesforce enhancements and ongoing improvement of CRM processes.
  • Documentation and User Training: Create thorough documentation for Salesforce requirements and processes, and provide training and support to users as necessary to encourage effective system use.

ARE YOU A SALESFORCE BUSINESS ANALYSIS EXPERT?

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a minimum of 2-3 years specifically focused on Salesforce CRM initiatives.
  • Experience with Salesforce implementations and data management is highly advantageous.

Technical Proficiencies:

  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including familiarity with Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Service Cloud functionalities.
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project management and documentation is essential.

Methodological Knowledge:

  • Understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies, with a proven ability to operate effectively in an Agile environment.

Analytical Capabilities:

  • Strong aptitude for analyzing complex business requirements, identifying data quality challenges, and developing effective solutions.
  • Basic SQL knowledge is preferred.

Communication Skills:

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, including both technical and non-technical audiences.

Problem-Solving Abilities:

  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges and implementing enhancements.
