Job Description

Epsilon is seeking a seasoned professional to lead sales activities and drive revenue growth in our Tourism and Emerging Verticals. As a Director of Business Development, you will leverage your expertise in Ad-Tech to develop strategic partnerships, negotiate deals, and contribute to our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including product management, marketing, and client development teams
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring successful partnerships and revenue growth
Requirements
  • 8-10 years of experience in sales, with a strong background in Ad-Tech and digital marketing
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding customer bases
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

  • A competitive salary range of $145,000 - $165,000, plus commission
