About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Enablement team as a Director, Business Process Improvement. This key role will drive talent development and delivery effectiveness, supporting McKesson's Financial Services and Solutions (FSS) Business Enablement team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all development initiatives for the Business Process Improvement program (Lean Six Sigma), Corporate Finance PMO, and FSS Academy training programs.
  • Lead in all aspects of people development, setting the standard for talent development and staying at the forefront of emerging instructional design strategies, Business Process Improvement and Program Management methodologies.
  • Design programs that inspire employees to grow, develop talent at all levels, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Establish and monitor performance metrics to track and celebrate the achievement of goals.
  • Lead with vision and strategic direction, progressively guiding the overall training function.
  • Align training initiatives with the organization's goals and culture, ensuring they resonate and drive results.
  • Spearhead strategies that advance Program Management and Continuous Improvement mindset across all communities.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership to shape development programs that support long-term strategies.
Requirements
  • Strong working knowledge in Instructional Design, Project and Program Management, Six Sigma and Lean process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to create inclusive learning experiences to support long-term learning.
  • Leadership and strategic thinking skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior leadership and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Experience in managing teams and developing talent.
  • Communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts and drive decision-making.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
  • Adaptable to accommodate various team needs and dynamics, and skilled at fostering open and candid conversations within the team.
  • Adept with a variety of multimedia training platforms and methods.
