Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Director, Business Development Lead to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving transformative growth and leading sales initiatives within the Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth: Spearhead business development activities within the CPG vertical, driving substantial revenue growth for Epsilon.
  • Establish Thought Leadership: Establish yourself as an industry expert in MarTech and AdTech, building strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers in the CPG sector.
  • Craft and Deliver Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver customized sales presentations that address the specific challenges faced by CPG clients, highlighting how Epsilon's MarTech and AdTech solutions can drive their business objectives.
  • Secure Favorable Contract Terms: Apply strategic negotiation skills to secure favorable contract terms, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both Epsilon and its clients.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Keep pace with industry trends and adapt to changes, ensuring Epsilon's competitive edge in the MarTech and AdTech landscape.
Requirements
  • Seasoned Sales Professional: Proven track record of driving revenue growth and establishing yourself as a leader in MarTech and AdTech, particularly within the CPG sector.
  • Experienced in Territory Management: Extensive experience managing geographic or account-based territories, with a demonstrated ability to generate new business and close enterprise-level sales.
  • Thought Leader and Trusted Consultant: Expertise in MarTech / AdTech allows you to build strong, lasting relationships with key CPG decision-makers and position Epsilon as a strategic partner.
  • Skilled in Tailored Sales Presentations: Ability to create and deliver presentations that address the unique challenges and needs of CPG clients, effectively showcasing the benefits of Epsilon's solutions.
  • Strategic Negotiator: Proficient in negotiation and contract closure, ensuring the outcomes that are advantageous for both Epsilon and its clients.
  • Adaptable and Forward-Thinking: Driven to achieve immediate sales success while contributing to Epsilon's long-term growth and partnership goals.
What We Offer
