Position Requirements:
Availability: This role necessitates weekend availability.

Role Summary:
The Member Engagement Supervisor will guarantee that members receive exceptional service and facilities while also leading, inspiring, and managing their team. This position will demonstrate the capability to meet the financial objectives of the club as specified in the annual budget by motivating, directing, supervising, and coordinating the efforts of employees dedicated to fulfilling our members' needs.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • A 4-year college degree is preferred or equivalent business experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of management experience.
Schedule:
  • This position requires a Friday-Tuesday schedule, which may vary based on weekend performance responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations:
  • Assist the General Manager and Membership Services team in achieving daily, monthly, and annual membership targets.
  • Collaborate with club support functions in Fitness, Sales, and Operations.
  • Address member complaints efficiently and tactfully, adhering to club procedures and documentation.
  • Foster a professional and inviting atmosphere that enhances the quality of service and care provided to members and staff.
  • Ensure the club adheres to brand standards for cleanliness, maintenance, safety, and security.
  • Promptly address visible maintenance issues and ensure proper signage is displayed.
  • Monitor the completion of opening/closing checklists, logs, and cleaning tasks.
  • Communicate and enforce club policies and procedures to employees.
  • Achieve personal training revenue goals, including Set/Show/Close and session burn targets.
  • Facilitate the integration of Personal Training services into sales presentations to maximize fitness assessments and package sales.
Sales:
  • Meet revenue targets in the following areas:
    • Membership
    • Training
    • Retail & Merchandising
  • Monitor flagged check-ins to enhance revenue and minimize collections.
  • Ensure continuous prospecting and generation of new potential members.
  • Ensure staff possesses comprehensive knowledge of the club's programs, facilities, and equipment.
  • Demonstrate the ability to increase revenue per member.
Compensation: $25.00 per hour
