Position Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who will champion the needs of our clients and collaborate with our team to continuously enhance our software offerings and deliver exceptional value to all stakeholders.

As a vital member of our team, you will cultivate and sustain robust relationships with our clients, aiming for high product adoption and retention rates.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Establish clear retention objectives.
  • Oversee the complete relationship with assigned clients, encompassing onboarding, implementation, training, adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Assist clients in setting up and navigating the software.
  • Advocate for the value of our product.
  • Enhance customer experience through value promotion.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns, striving to improve the overall customer experience.
  • Utilize your food service expertise to connect with clients and facilitate a smooth onboarding and adoption process.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 5 years in a managerial role within the food service sector.
  • Experience with Inventory Control Systems and Recipe Costing for Restaurants.
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to foster positive business relationships.
  • Strong accountability and organizational skills.
  • Analytical and process-oriented mindset.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Food Service or Hospitality.
  • Previous management experience in Food Service or Hospitality.
