About the Role

Golin is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Influencer to join our Digital team. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with a talented group of digital strategists, creatives, and analysts to identify opportunities, develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, and drive results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Influencer Marketing Strategies: Identify and manage relationships with influencers who align with our clients' goals and values, and develop and execute campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with account leads, digital team members, and other stakeholders to deliver best-in-class social media and influencer marketing strategies and work.
  • Foster Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business goals and objectives, and developing and executing strategies that meet their needs.
  • Drive Campaign Development and Execution: Develop and execute paid media, community management, analytics, strategy, creative, and influencer marketing campaigns that drive results for our clients.
  • Manage Financials: Manage budgets, billing, projections, and staffing for multiple clients and projects.
  • Lead and Manage Teams: Lead and manage a team of digital marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to help them grow and succeed in their careers.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives.
  • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in a client's business to become a true partner.
  • Confidence when presenting to groups of various sizes and situations.
  • Solutions-oriented mindset and a self-starter mentality.
