Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Technician to operate from our Exton, PA facility. This role involves significant travel (up to 80%, primarily within the US and Canada) to client locations to deliver installation, start-up, troubleshooting, training, and maintenance services for our advanced equipment. The position demands a high level of technical expertise and the ability to engage effectively with clients both in person and through various communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel to customer sites to perform equipment installations and provide comprehensive support.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Deliver training sessions to clients on the operation and maintenance of our machinery.
  • Maintain clear communication with clients to address their needs and concerns.
Qualifications

Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in a mechanical or hands-on role. While formal work experience is preferred, relevant mechanical aptitude or technical training will also be considered. A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a passport are mandatory. The following skills are highly advantageous:

  • Proficiency in interpreting mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
  • Experience with mechanical hand tools and electrical troubleshooting equipment.
  • Willingness to travel extensively, primarily within the US and Canada, with minimal weekend travel required.
