Responsibilities
As an Auto/Diesel Instructor, you'll play a key role in shaping the minds and skills of our students. Your expertise in small engines, diagnostics, and repair will be the guiding light that leads them to a promising career in the automotive and diesel industries. Your responsibilities will include:
- Inspiring and educating students in a hands-on learning environment
- Providing practical demonstrations and leading by example
- Collaborating with our education team to develop and enhance courses
- Mentoring students on their individual projects and encouraging critical thinking and innovation
- Instilling the importance of safety procedures and best practices

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or GED
- 3-5 years of practical work experience in the field
- Certifications, such as ASEs, are highly valued
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
