Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with identifying local employment opportunities and creating resumes to support active students in their job search endeavors
  • Develop and implement career development initiatives, such as employer visits and virtual events, to expose students to a range of entry-level job options
  • Partner to promote and introduce students to student and manufacturer-paid MSATs by delivering informational presentations and providing guidance and direction regarding career opportunities
  • Ensure active students are prepared for industry employment by providing mock interview opportunities, resume workshops, career counseling sessions, and job search techniques

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or GED required, with some college courses preferred
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required
  • 1-2 years of high-volume phone or sales experience required
  • Industry knowledge preferred
