About the Role

The Inside Sales and Account Manager is a key member of the AMI Strategies team, responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with clients. This role requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Satisfaction and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive and stakeholder-level clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Sales Growth in Existing Client Base: Identify opportunities to increase sales within the assigned client base, leveraging industry knowledge and technology to drive growth.
  • Client Executive Reviews: Conduct regular reviews with clients using temNOW dashboards and QBRs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Pre-Sales RFP Support: Provide support to sales teams during the pre-sales RFP process, ensuring a thorough understanding of client needs and requirements.
  • Client Baseline Review and Tracking: Regularly review and track client baselines to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Contract Expiration Tracking: Monitor contract expirations and develop strategies to ensure timely renewals and minimize disruption to client relationships.
  • Contract Renewals Support: Collaborate with sales teams to assess and develop strategies for contract renewals, 6 months prior to expiration.
  • MDM License Renewals: Oversee the renewal process for MDM licenses, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
  • High-Risk Client Support: Provide dedicated support to high-risk clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Industry and Product Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of network, hosted voice, cloud, and mobility technologies.
  • Invoice and Contract Knowledge: Strong understanding of invoice and contract processes, including negotiation and renewal strategies.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and technical knowledge of relevant technologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, analytical and leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: Background in telecommunications, technology, and sales or client support.
