Job Description

Position: Client Relations Specialist

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: Director of Mobility Services

Overview

The Client Relations Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of client invoicing at AMI Strategies, focusing on compliance with established contracts and service agreements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for all client and vendor invoicing inquiries.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Oversee the timely execution of dispute management processes in accordance with client agreements.
  • Effectively communicate the status of ongoing initiatives to both internal teams and clients as necessary.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to dispute management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and client stakeholders to address vendor disputes appropriately.
  • Facilitate discussions between vendors and clients to resolve disputes and discrepancies thoroughly.
  • Investigate telecom and utility charges to clarify issues during dispute negotiations.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned.

Supervisory Role

This position does not include formal supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment

Flexible work environment with core business hours.

Physical Requirements

  • Extended periods of sitting at a desk and using a computer.
  • Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.

Travel Requirements

Some travel may be necessary.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Background in Telecommunications or Technology.
  • Familiarity with the technology industry and utility invoicing.
