Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Hospital Operations: Coordinate the flow of clients and pets through the hospital, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and hospital staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve client concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative duties, including data entry, scheduling, and financial transactions.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or customer service experience preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer software.
  • Attitudes: Initiative, integrity, cooperativeness, flexibility, and independence.
