Job Overview

As a seasoned Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships for T-Mobile. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in enterprise sales and client relationship management to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Utilize your industry knowledge and sales acumen to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with T-Mobile's strategic goals.
  • Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and retention.
  • Build and Maintain Strong Client Relationships: Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders to understand their business needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
  • Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales strategies.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to ensure T-Mobile remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • 4-7 Years of B2B Field Sales Experience: Proven track record of success in B2B field sales, with a strong understanding of enterprise sales principles and practices.
  • 2-4 Years of Telecom, Software, or Technology Experience: Experience in the telecom, software, or technology industry, with a strong understanding of industry trends and market developments.
  • Business Planning and Strategy: Strong business planning and strategy skills, with the ability to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
What We Offer:
  • Total Target Cash Pay Range: $115,900 - $209,100, inclusive of target incentives
  • Base Pay Range: $69,540 - $125,460
