As a member of the Flat Rate Funding Group, you will collaborate with various carriers and clients to ensure a superior client care experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate daily communications among clients, producers, and underwriters.
  • Maintain the agency's systems and applications by consistently updating information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding their insurance policies.
  • Process insurance applications, endorsements, binders, quotes, and ratings.
  • Market accounts to insurance carriers.
  • Handle claims reporting and follow-up between the insurance provider and the insured.

Qualifications

  • To thrive in this role, you should be self-driven with a strong desire to learn. Solid organizational, time management, and prioritization skills are essential, along with a robust work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), interpersonal abilities, and presentation skills are crucial, as is the capacity to quickly build rapport with clients.
  • The ability to foster trust and credibility promptly is vital.
  • Prior experience in the insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory; a proven ability to maintain and cultivate strategic business relationships with existing and prospective clients is essential.
