VP, Business Development Lead

The Vice President of Business Development is a key member of our team at Kansas City Title, responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client relationships.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging industry connections and market insights.
- Nurture existing relationships to ensure continued growth and revenue streams.
- Develop and implement effective presentation strategies and materials to engage clients and prospects.
- Monitor and track revenue budget numbers and profitability targets to inform business decisions.
- Manage and maintain our business development database to optimize sales efforts.
- Collaborate with the President to provide support on client matters and contribute to overall business strategy.
- Attend regular business development meetings to stay informed and aligned with team goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of the real estate development market and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage clients and prospects.
- Proficiency in Prezi Presentation software, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with MRIS, tax records, and other real estate data sites.
