Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Vice President, Business Development to lead our sales team in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the employer and health plan wellness market. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, a deep understanding of the industry, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including human resource leaders, benefits consulting firms, and consultants.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and client success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
  • At least 10 years of direct B2B sales experience, preferably in the enterprise SaaS space.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a sales team, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership.
  • Strong knowledge of the employer and health plan wellness market, with experience selling enterprise solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
