Key Responsibilities:- Establish and maintain a strong presence within assigned markets, focusing on HOA Community Management.
- Forge new connections with Community Association Managers and Board Directors, ensuring exceptional customer service and achieving preferred vendor status.
- Nurture client relationships through regular engagement and manage a pipeline with a sales cycle of 3-12 months.
- Conduct impactful sales presentations to key decision-makers and HOA members, effectively communicating our value proposition.
- Work closely with the estimating department to provide clients with necessary information and support throughout the sales process.
- 3+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, with a proven track record in closing contracts.
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a consultative approach to sales.
- Resourcefulness and the ability to overcome objections and negotiate contracts successfully.
- Achieve $1 million in projects sold within your first year, with an attractive salary of $75,000 annually + commission.
- Engage in training and development opportunities and participate in company-wide meetings and events.
- Collaborate with a team of dedicated professionals committed to excellence and innovation.
