Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused professional to join our team as an Account Manager. As a key member of our State Farm Agent team, you will play a crucial role in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong customer relationships, providing personalized support and guidance as needed.
  • Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate customers about insurance options, identifying their unique needs and preferences.
  • Collaborate with our agent to develop and implement marketing strategies, driving business growth and revenue.
  • Identify new business opportunities, schedule appointments, and market relevant products and services to customers.

Requirements:
  • Previous sales experience, preferably in outside sales or inside sales representative roles
  • Proven track record of meeting sales goals/quotas
  • Passion for the role insurance and financial products play in helping people manage risk and achieve their goals
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to make presentations to potential customers
  • Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
  • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
