Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Director to lead our business development efforts in the federal sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales, and marketing, with a proven track record of success in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue in the federal sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and relationship-building
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
  • Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to clients on business development and sales strategies
  • Manage and maintain accurate sales forecasting and demand planning data

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and 8 years of experience in business development, sales, and marketing in the federal sector
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, and marketing in the federal sector
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and strategically
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
