Job Description

The Senior Business Development Representative is a key role at Rumpke of Indiana, LLC, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a designated geographic area. This position requires a strong understanding of the waste management industry and the ability to develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed established revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including the identification of new markets and the development of targeted sales campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and to drive business growth.
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership, informing business decisions and driving strategic growth initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the waste management industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong understanding of the waste management industry and its key trends and drivers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
