Senior Business Development Representative

The Senior Business Development Representative is a key role at Rumpke of Indiana, LLC, responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within a designated geographic area. This position requires a strong understanding of the waste management industry and the ability to develop and execute business strategies to meet and exceed established revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets, including the identification of new markets and the development of targeted sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and to drive business growth.
- Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership, informing business decisions and driving strategic growth initiatives.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, leveraging this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales experience in the waste management industry.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion.
- Strong understanding of the waste management industry and its key trends and drivers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
