We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Junior HR Administrator to join our growing HR team at IT Concepts. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to develop their skills and knowledge in human resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
  • Provide HRIS technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to employees.
  • Answer frequently asked questions from employees relative to standard policies, benefits, navigating the HRIS, etc.
  • File documents into appropriate employee files.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and records.
  • Assist with processing HR paper-based mail.
  • Perform periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately.
  • Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation within our HRIS.
  • Collect and track HRIS data audits to support compliance, recordkeeping, and business development efforts.
  • Provide administrative support to our HR department, including recording meeting minutes and notetaking.
  • Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding, including scheduling orientation and training sessions and attendance tracking.
  • Provide exemplary customer service support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and administrative skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including a working understanding of Excel spreadsheets, formulas, and reporting.
  • Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications.
  • Ability to stay organized and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with technology and the ability to pick up new software easily.
  • Proactiveness in providing solutions and willingness to research solutions and information.
  • Ability to work with a fast-paced team and be a team player.
  • Desire to grow within an HR-related field.
