Key Responsibilities- Project Coordination: Assist project supervisors in coordinating project initiatives, including scheduling meetings, distributing meeting notes, and managing action plans and deadlines.
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to project teams, including creating and updating documentation, producing reports, and performing other related duties as assigned.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various levels of staff to accomplish tasks and assignments, serving as a primary resource to team members.

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience supporting C-level executives or project teams in a similar capacity.
