The primary objective of this role is to facilitate the achievement of strategic goals by managing the delivery of intricate, technology-centric programs across various business units. These expansive projects may encompass multiple concurrent initiatives, including software development, IT infrastructure deployment, business process optimization, and functional enhancements. The role demands a proactive industry outlook to devise, oversee, and execute strategic and tactical plans aligned with the project portfolio. The manager will ensure program effectiveness through adept change management practices and will navigate evolving goals and priorities. Balancing talent and resources effectively to fulfill project demands is crucial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee compliance monitoring and automation efforts:
    • Evaluate compliance requirements and identify automation opportunities by determining necessary system specifications and data collection needs.
    • Explore automation solutions for monitoring and testing reports, utilizing tools such as PowerBI.
    • Identify automation strategies for compliance testing and data extraction essential for monitoring activities.
  • Manage onboarding of compliance monitoring and testing software:
    • Lead project management activities involving both internal teams and external vendors.
    • Conduct system analysis and provide configuration recommendations.
    • Develop training materials and conduct user training sessions.
