Join our dedicated team of sales professionals as a Sales Associate and become a vital digital marketing ally in the multifamily sector. You will engage in sales initiatives, present tailored solutions to clients, and drive revenue growth by acquiring new clients and formulating marketing strategies for existing accounts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business Development - Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with existing clients using CoStar's market intelligence.
  • Client Relationship Management - Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster revenue growth.
  • Industry Knowledge - Cultivate expertise in digital marketing strategies and trends within the multifamily real estate sector.
  • Collaborative Efforts - Work alongside colleagues to enhance sales performance and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Customer-Centric Approach - Provide exceptional support, share market insights, and propose solutions to help clients achieve their objectives.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • A minimum of two years of B2B outside sales experience, ideally in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Demonstrated success in surpassing sales targets within a consultative sales framework.
  • Strong commitment to previous employers.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • Proficiency in analyzing data and making strategic recommendations based on performance metrics.
  • Flexibility to adapt to evolving situations in a high-growth environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Experience in managing customer relationships throughout the entire lifecycle.
