We are looking for a motivated Client Relations Specialist (CRS) who possesses excellent sales, communication, and customer service abilities. You will often be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them discover the unique indoor skydiving experiences we offer. If you thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.

CRS Responsibilities:

  • Safety: Adhere to all safety protocols and requirements.
  • Sales: Engage with guests to recommend and sell experiences that enhance their visit.
  • Service: Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor, ensuring a memorable experience for customers.
  • Service: Address and resolve product or service concerns by understanding complaints, selecting appropriate solutions, and following through.
  • Additional Duties: Manage merchandise stock, maintain cleanliness of the facility, operate the wind tunnel, and handle refunds and rescheduling.

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Availability to work on weekends is essential.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Outstanding sales and customer service skills.
  • Confidence in both phone and face-to-face interactions.
  • Able to resolve conflicts, manage multiple tasks, and understand customer needs.
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and compassionate personality.
  • Integrity, punctuality, and a professional appearance are crucial.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team while fostering positive relationships.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
