Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond efficiently and courteously to client inquiries through various communication methods, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Deliver precise information regarding New York Life's insurance and financial offerings, coverage options, policy details, and benefits.
  • Resolve client concerns and issues promptly, maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-departmental teams to facilitate the processing of policy modifications, claims, and other client requests.
  • Keep thorough and accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and communications within the company's systems.
  • Inform clients about policy features, payment methods, billing inquiries, and account management tools.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and propose enhancements to processes.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, products, and services to provide clients with relevant and current information.
  • Assist the sales team by supporting client onboarding, policy applications, and information collection.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, ideally within the insurance or financial services sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in utilizing computer systems and software for data entry, documentation, and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
  • Empathetic and patient demeanor with a sincere desire to assist clients.
  • Detail-oriented and organized approach to managing client requests and inquiries.
  • Bilingual language skills are a valuable asset.
  • Must be licensed or willing to obtain a license in Life & Health Insurance.
  • Sales experience is preferred.
