Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily production operations, ensuring adherence to production timelines.
  • Establish and oversee quality assurance protocols to uphold product excellence.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain department to regulate inventory and guarantee the prompt availability of necessary materials.
  • Lead and develop a team of production supervisors and personnel, promoting a culture of collaboration and ongoing improvement.
  • Conduct regular evaluations of team performance and offer training to enhance skills.
  • Ensure adherence to safety standards and advocate for a secure working environment.
  • Identify opportunities for operational enhancements and implement measures to boost efficiency and minimize waste.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Over 10 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably within the CPG sector.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in managing production teams.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven history of process optimization.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and production management software.
  • Understanding of supply chain logistics and management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capacity to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
