Key Responsibilities- Lead the Developer Experience & Productivity PM team to drive positive improvements to our overall developer productivity.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across our product and engineering teams to understand their requirements and technical governance standards.
- Define and execute deliverables with meaningful impact to operational efficiency of the platform and business.
- Regularly collaborate with area leaders and stakeholders across the business and client teams.
- Build processes and tools for assessing employee morale and leverage insights for environment-improving initiatives across multiple teams.
- Analyze hiring effectiveness and advocate for meaningful improvements.
- Identify, motivate, coach, and develop other team leaders and managers.
- Analyze team performance metrics and act upon insights to anticipate impediments to long-term team efficiency.
- 12+ years of experience as a Technical or Platform Product Manager working in a technology-heavy role, including defining the strategy and roadmap for the platforms you built.
- A proven track record of partnering with engineering teams to solve complex, technical problems and delivering large and impactful software projects.
- Excellent communication skills, including the confidence to participate in very technical conversations.
- A deep understanding of modern infrastructure environments – both on prem and in cloud, DevOps, and an ability and desire to keep on top of industry trends.
