About The Position

The Medicare Advantage Territory Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base. This role requires a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, identify new business opportunities, and develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and expand customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and other key stakeholders
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive business growth and improve customer experience
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in diabetes care or a related field
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong relationships with healthcare professionals and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
