We are experiencing rapid growth and are on the lookout for enthusiastic team members for our sales division, who possess a passion for real estate and are dedicated to building strategic partnerships within the real estate investment community. Ideal candidates for the Account Executive role should have prior experience in mortgage lending, particularly in the fix & flip or short-term bridge financing sectors. Account Executives will be tasked with achieving specific loan production objectives by nurturing ongoing business relationships with mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate agents, builders, and the broader real estate investor community.
The position begins with a comprehensive 60-day training program. Trainees will gain insights into the private lending sector, underwriting principles, loan products, and all the essentials to successfully launch a career in sales with Revolution. During this training period, participants will receive a monthly stipend. Only those trainees who successfully complete the program and demonstrate their qualifications and potential for success as full-time Account Executives will be offered a position. Not every candidate will be a fit, but those who are will join a team committed to excellence in the industry. Key Responsibilities of the Account Executive:
- Primary duty is to expand a network of brokers, realtors, and borrowers to create a steady stream of loan origination.
- Collaborate with management to set loan production goals and consistently meet or exceed these targets.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of borrowers and brokers.
- Provide sales and technical training/support to borrowers and brokers.
- Pre-qualify loans and assess loan submission packages for credit approval.
- Work alongside the processing and underwriting team to conduct due diligence on loan submissions and gather necessary requirements for closing.
- Occasionally assist the loan servicing department in collecting payments from borrowers who are delinquent on loans originated by the Account Executive.
- Oversee the mortgage broker approval process, supplying brokers with all necessary forms for recommendation.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year of sales experience, preferably in mortgage origination and ideally within the private/hard money sector.
- A college degree is strongly preferred.
- NMLS license is preferred.
- Highly self-motivated and disciplined individual.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong sales, communication, and negotiation abilities both over the phone and in person.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills.
- Service-oriented and team-focused.
