POSITION OVERVIEW

The fortunate individual we select will embark on our elite branch management training initiative, facilitated through our cutting-edge training center, Truly University. This program combines practical experience, classroom learning, and advanced e-learning technologies, allowing you to engage with every aspect of our operations, from sales and service to administration and leadership. Once assigned to a branch, you will be equipped and accountable for managing and directing all business operations. While relocation is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged. Candidates must possess sales experience or sales management expertise.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Oversee the overall functions of the branch to ensure employee and customer satisfaction while meeting growth and profitability targets.

• Recruit, train, and nurture qualified service and administrative staff.

• Ensure that employees have the necessary resources to perform their roles effectively.

• Plan, delegate, and supervise work assignments.

• Execute essential job functions of other roles as needed (familiarity with all job descriptions relevant to your branch is required).

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrate integrity, sound judgment, a positive attitude, and effective communication skills.

• Exhibit strong leadership capabilities with a competitive spirit.

• Must possess financial accountability.

• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.
