Qualifications
- Experience in an administrative, office management, or operational support role.
- Proficient in mathematical and accounting skills.
- Competency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required.
- Familiarity with cloud platform services is preferred.
- Excellent communication abilities.
- Strong customer service and organizational skills.
- Some travel may be necessary based on business requirements (events, meetings, training).

Responsibilities
- The Branch Operations Coordinator provides administrative assistance to Field Operations and other departments within the assigned location.
- Aid in the preparation of presentations, reports, and related documents.
- Generate reports on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Post and highlight daily business outcomes.
- Analyze, track, and document incentive and recognition programs.
- Coordinate appointment and meeting schedules.
- Assist with the organization of events and product donations.
- Maintain and track safety and vacation records.
- Responsible for supporting inventory and purchasing activities.
- Process expenses, purchase orders, and invoices.
- Act as a liaison to all branch vendors.
- Provide administrative support to new employees, including tracking onboarding requirements, ordering uniforms, PPE, and phones.
- Maintain organized data and handle it with confidentiality.
- Reconcile daily customer payments.
- Coordinate daily routing and dispatching as needed.
- Address customer service inquiries via phone, email, or in person as required.
