What We Expect From You

Restaurant Operations Leaders are responsible for establishing and communicating a clear vision for their teams.   • Minimum of 1 year of experience in restaurant management.

  • A positive attitude, a passion for serving guests, and a strong team spirit.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Mobility for tasks such as bending, reaching, wiping, and carrying.
  • All positions require prolonged periods of standing without breaks.
