In this position, you will oversee service technicians and collaborate with sales teams to meet performance, quality, and growth objectives. Your responsibilities will include training, coaching, and developing technicians to ensure they provide the highest standard of pest management services to our clients.



Key Responsibilities:

• Train technicians in identifying, managing, and controlling pest issues
• Analyze routing and scheduling for enhanced efficiency
• Collaborate with clients and assist technicians in resolving service-related challenges, ensuring timely responses to complaints and follow-up actions
• Conduct inspections of technicians' vehicles and routes to maintain safety, cleanliness, quality, and service standards
• Work alongside branch managers, sales teams, and technicians to prepare bids for specialized services, including fumigation and avian control
• This role will primarily support the greater Phoenix, AZ market.
