Job Title: Sales Enablement Specialist

Pontera is a fintech company on a mission to revolutionize the way people retire. Our software platform empowers retirement savers to make informed decisions about their 401(k) and other retirement plan accounts.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in building, developing, and scaling our sales enablement function.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs for multiple sales roles, leveraging various formats such as in-person, e-learning, and virtual training sessions.
  • Create a comprehensive library of customizable training materials, including one-pagers, segmented talk tracks, playbooks, competitive fact sheets, sales tools, and quick reference cards.
  • Foster strong relationships across the sales organization to stay informed about sales strategies and opportunities.
  • Design and implement sales onboarding and ongoing sales training programs.
  • Collaborate with product marketing to develop sales toolkit materials for new product launches.
  • Analyze call recordings to identify coaching opportunities and develop strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Contribute fresh ideas to the team, driving innovative approaches to sales training and enablement.
  • Measure the effectiveness of enablement initiatives through team feedback, data analysis, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in a sales organization, with at least 2+ years in sales enablement; SaaS or Financial Services industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales-focused initiatives from conception to completion.
  • Strong project management skills and experience with learning management systems (LMS) and customer relationship management systems (CRMs).
  • Experience leveraging call coaching techniques and sales tools such as Outreach and Gong.
  • Ability to support a fast-paced and dynamic sales team.
  • Experience working with creative teams to develop marketing materials is a plus.
