Job Title: Director of Revenue Enablement

At Applecart, we're revolutionizing the way businesses connect with decision-makers. As our Director of Revenue Enablement, you'll play a pivotal role in driving our sales and client services teams to new heights.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that requires a unique blend of sales enablement, training, and operations expertise. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a robust onboarding, training, and continuing education program for our senior sellers. Your goal will be to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to effectively sell our products and services to our clients.

You'll work closely with our executive leadership, business development, product, client services, and operations teams to identify gaps in our sales training and collateral. You'll then develop content and programming to fill those gaps, leveraging performance data and conversation intelligence to inform your decisions.

This role is initially an individual contributor, but as the company grows, you'll have the opportunity to lead a small team of enablement professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding program for new hires, including training and certification for our sales and client services teams.
  • Manage the development and update of customer-facing collateral, including presentations, templates, and standard email copy.
  • Identify knowledge and skills gaps across the go-to-market team and develop continuing education strategies to close those gaps.
  • Collaborate with our product team to develop a communication strategy and calendar for effectively managing new product or feature rollouts.
  • Partner with operations to source, implement, manage, and train on technologies that drive productivity for our go-to-market team.
Requirements:
  • Substantial experience in revenue/sales enablement, ideally at fast-growing B2B technology-enabled services or software companies.
  • Strong understanding of the sales ecosystem, including sales processes, methodologies, content, tools, and trainings.
  • Demonstrated excellence in development and design of sales collateral.
  • Experience managing employee training and onboarding programs.
  • Expertise in key software in the sales tech stack, including CRM software, conversation intelligence tools, knowledge management platforms, presentation software, and shared drive software.
