Job Overview

Position Summary:

The role of the Account Coordinator is essential in managing client accounts by providing support to Sales, Customers, and Vendors while adhering to the organizational strategies, objectives, policies, and procedures of KC Fixture & Display, Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to our partners.
  • Organize product samples and marketing materials.
  • Assist in crafting and developing sales presentations to enhance sales and business evaluations with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain and update sales reports on a weekly, monthly, and annual basis for vendors and clients.
  • Analyze sales and market trends effectively.
  • Monitor inventory demand and formulate forecast recommendations to optimize inventory performance.
  • Collaborate closely with vendors and clients to gather product specifications and imagery.
  • Facilitate ongoing education for all retail accounts.
  • Engage in regular collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Provide administrative support to Sales and coordinate various tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Create and oversee sales orders and shipments between vendors and clients.
  • Manage new product setups.
  • Assist in managing product listings on the company website and other retail platforms.
  • Participate in client visits to evaluate trends, competition, recommendations, and product performance (frequency may vary).

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Prior experience as an Account Coordinator or in Sales is preferred.
  • Familiarity with NetSuite is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of vendor account portals is a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, action-driven, and solution-focused.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
  • Strong time management capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive in learning and taking initiative within the role.
  • Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
