Job Overview:

Rite-Hite is seeking a skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for growing existing accounts, prospecting and securing new customers, and introducing new products to the territory.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Prospect and secure new customers, leveraging industry knowledge and product expertise to close deals.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A 4-year degree and a minimum of 3 years of successful outside sales experience in an industrial or commercial setting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build productive business relationships.
  • A good mechanical aptitude and knowledge of the territory and its customer base.
  • The ability to develop solid territory business plans and effectively cover territories on a daily basis.
